 Our Policies: 

Choking Hazard:

 Small items within our products may present a choking hazard. Please watch your child at all times while wearing bows and any other accessories. We are not liable for any choking hazards for any of our products and/or mailing/packaging supplies.  

 Turn Around Time Policy: 

 Our current Turn Around Time (TAT) is posted on the top of the website. This does not include weekends, holidays, personal business closed days, shipping time, and any other observance days. Personal Business closed days include days like/as of any personal medical procedures, an intimate family event, vacations, etc. The term ‘Turn Around Time’ (TAT) is defined as the processing time it takes for us to fulfill your order. Once we have fulfilled your order it will ship next business day, and will take (x) amount of days to be delivered to you.  

 Shipping Policy: 

We are not responsible for any third party shipping carrier delays. If any damaged is occurred to your products from the shipping carrier please reach out within 24 hours of receiving your product. A new product can be made at free of cost once your original order has been returned and inspected. If your package has been delayed please reach out to your local post office in regards to your package. We are unable to locate your package, we are only able to see the same tracking information that is provided to you.  

 Local pick up policy

You have 10 Regular days (including weekends excluding holidays) to pick your package up once you have been notified your order has been fulfilled. If you are unable to pick your package up within that time frame please contact us at least 12-24 hours of your expiration day. If you do not contact us, and it has been over 10 days we reserve the right to resell your product at full price, with no refund given to you. You may pick up at anytime convenient to you, we understand our customers have jobs, and busy lives. Please be aware we have cameras, and are able to see customers pick up their package.  

 Return Policy: 

 No products are accepted as returns unless items are damaged/faulty. If there are damage to your items when received you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your items. You must provide details along with pictures of any damages. If you do not contact us within 24 hours per our policy we will be unable to offer an exchange. Exchanges will only occur if your item is damaged/faulty, if your item does meet the criteria we may exchange once you have returned your items. 

 Refund Policy: 

 All sales are final. No refunds are given unless determined by owners of Fall's Bowtique such as faulty products and/or damages of items. You must contact the store within 48 hours of receiving your order to be eligible for any given refund. Any time after the 48 hour period will not allow you to be eligible for a refund no exceptions.
